Catching Up

I’ve been a bit lax about doing news posts on here recently, as I seem to have rather a lot of different things going on, and a decided lack of cohesion. My main attempts at advertising recently have tended to be put a nice picture on social media and hope people like it - which I’m sure is a poor marketing strategy!

So…. a round up of what I’ve got on my current to-do list:

Christmas cards

Yes, I know it’s only September.

But I’ve just sent off an order for some cards which include a few new wintry/seasonal ones. They’ll be going on the website and on Folksy soon!

Paintings

I do still do some! I have a couple in progress at the moment, including a rather lovely commission, which is going to be a bit complicated, but I’m hoping to do justice to!

I’m also working on Through the Spectacle Plate 3 - the next in my Talyllyn Railway series. (Through the Spectacle Plate 1 shown here)

Handmade Books

I’m making (what feels like) a constant supply of handmade notebooks at the moment. Part of this is to improve my technique, but also to have plenty of stock in. I’m also working on a Gift Box collection to include one of my notebooks, so this is also a big work in progress!
