Postage and Discounts - This applied to purchases on www.harmonyandink.co.uk only. Please see folksy.com for postage rates for items sold there.
There is a minimum order of £4.50 for any items in the shop (which equates to two of the lowest price Greetings Cards, or five postcards - just as an example)
Orders over £15 are free postage. To enable this option, please enter code GCP15 when prompted at checkout

About the Shop
Larger Original Art, Mounted Prints, Greetings Cards and Postcards can be purchased directly from this website. Please have a look at the relevant pages to see what is available.
Smaller Original Artwork and gifts are shown on their own page on this site. “More Information” buttons will direct you to folksy.com and Helen’s folksy shop, where these items can be purchased.
These pages will be updated as other items become available, and items may be removed to make way for new stock, so please check back regularly.
Commissions
Commissions are completely separate from the shop. They are individual contracts made between the Artist and yourself, the Customer. A commission will only be accepted when both parties have reached an agreement as to subject, size, materials and price, and this has been confirmed by email. The Artist retains the Copyright on all Commissions.
A small deposit may be requested once the above details have been agreed, and regular updates will be provided to the Customer once the work is in progress.
The Customer reserves the right to decline a completed Commission, but in this case any deposit already paid is non-refundable.
Problems and Returns
We hope that you are delighted with any items you order, but do appreciate that things do not always go according to plan!
We are only able to accept returns and issue refunds on Original Art. Please see the Returns Policy for further details on this. Should you encounter a problem with an order for other items, please contact us using the form below, or by email, and we will do our best to help. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
