A little about the Artist….(See below for Commissions)
I was born in Surrey, but grew up in Leicestershire and on leaving school went to the University of Liverpool, where I studied Music (I played and still play the bassoon) and Irish Studies.
After that I had a number of different jobs: I’ve been a Civil Servant twice, in different departments, worked for Cat’s Protection, and was a Network Rail Signaller for 8 years. The latter post gave me plenty of time for artwork between trains!
In 2017 my family and I moved to Dumfries and Galloway, and I have since worked in a number of Art Galleries, which sparked my interest in further exploring my own art
Please see the bottom of the page for my Artist’s CV
I am a self taught artist and enjoy experimenting and learning.
I live in Dumfries and Galloway with my husband, children, six cats and a dog.
