Website Shop Returns Policy
Delivery: The artwork will be delivered to the address you provide with your order. We undertake to send items as soon as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any delay in shipping once the item has been posted.
Returns: We are only able to accept returns on original artwork. There is a 14-day return policy on all original paintings bought, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
In order to consider any request for a return and refund, your purchase must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for mounted prints, greetings cards, postcards or sale/budget items.
Return and Refund requests - Original Artwork only:
To request a return and refund in relation to an original painting, please contact us by email at harmonyandink@gmail.com within the 14-day timescale set out above, advising us of the reason for your request. If we accept the return, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package within 7-days of your request. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded, and any items damaged during return will not be refunded. Any posting and insurance costs incurred in returning an original to us in accordance with our return instructions are the purchaser’s responsibility.
If the item is returned as stated above, we will refund you using your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you have any return queries, please contact us by email. We endeavour to check email regularly and will respond to you as soon as we are able.
Postage: Sold items will be securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail, using tracked services relevant to the cost of the items. The shipping used is specified at checkout. It is also possible to collect items directly in person. To initiate this, the “Local Collection” option should be selected at checkout, and details of this must then be arranged by email.
Items which arrive damaged or are lost in the post must be reported to us by email, with photographic evidence where appropriate. We will then endeavour to follow this up with Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days for a conclusion to any issue raised with reference to shipping problems.
