A daytrip to Yorkshire

A short time ago I had a very pleasant day out by train to visit Clapham in North Yorkshire, and the Badger in the Wall Gallery. I have been lucky enough to have a painting selected for their newest exhibition, which opens today. The theme of the exhibition is “Weather Forecast” and so I took my picture “Weather Watching” along. This is a lovely gallery, and well worth a visit if you have the chance!

Appropriately enough I encountered plenty of weather in my travels: grey and gloomy in Galloway, pouring with rain at Lancaster, and a beautiful sunny day when I got to Yorkshire!
