As a child, I wanted to be an Illustrator, but life didn’t quite turn out that way! Nevertheless, while creating varied Collections of my artwork, I couldn’t really leave illustrative work out, as I have gone back to exploring and having great fun with its’ possibilities. Here you will find the cartoon-like pictures; the whimsical and quirky, and a number of small, expressive birds and cats doing silly things. Many of these designs are available as Greetings Cards (and some gifts) in the website shop, - Links above - and a few are also available in my Folksy shop as well.

Inky Print: Handmade Books
“Inky Print Books” are my latest venture: I’ve taken to making notebooks/sketchbooks/journals, some of which will be added to my website shop. I’ve found bookbinding a fascinating task, so I hope you will keep an eye on my notebook escapades! Each notebook is made individually, so they are all unique. I’m using a variety of covers, materials and bindings, so please read the description of each item carefully, so you know what you’re getting.
Many of the covers will feature my own artwork printed on fabric or good quality card. I only plan to make a certain number of books using each design, partly to keep me painting and drawing (amongst the bookbinding!) so new ones will be added on a regular basis. That said, even with the same design on the cover, no two books will ever be exactly alike!
The contents of the books vary too: I’m experimenting with cartridge paper, eco-recycled paper, tree-free paper…..again, please read the specifics of the book you are interested in! If you’d like a particular combination of cover/size/paper which you can’t see on the website, please do contact me and ask!
