With my Small Paintings Collection, I aim for affordability and adaptability: sometimes it’s nice to have a piece of art as a memento of a place you’ve been, or a picture that just happens to catch your eye and won’t take up half a wall or break the bank!
This is the premise behind my small paintings, which are an eclectic mix: some local land, sea and skyscapes and scenes from Galloway, some animal-based art, and a few imaginary works of art as well. Really, my small paintings serve as a snapshot of my different collections.

My Small Paintings are almost all sold unframed. They come with a small wooden stand in one of two different styles. It would be quite possible for people to frame any of these works. (Please read the caveat at the bottom of the page!) They are all on either small canvases, canvas boards or wood blocks. The depth of the canvas determines the kind of wooden stand your painting is supplied with.
Unless the back of a canvas board is plain white already, the back of the painting will be painted in a complementary plain colour.
